I had full intentions today of taking a picture of Melia's hundred's day project, but this one just dropped into my lap. We were making banana splits to watch the super bowl with (yep the diet is on hold on super sunday) and we turned around and Melia was watching the National Anthem at the start of the game. She left her banana split and put her hand over her heart and stayed like that until it was over. Made her mommie tear up, at what a great American my little 7 year old is becoming.
